Weekend Warmup - or End of Week Cooldown
eCykle Klub Danmark group rides on indieVelo.
Overall purpose: To have fun with your in between race training! Pace: As you like (rubberband will hold the group together to some extent). The rubberband is at 50 % and turns off when 5 km left of route.
You can use these group ride events as
- social rides
- recovery rides
- warm-up for a following race
- or however you like 😃
Everybody starts together in one pen. Slow start with pacer for 2000 m (start at 1.5 W/kg and end at 2.5 W/kg). If fewer than 15 humans start the pen will be filled with bots to a minimum of 15 riders.
